I feel Sexayhh !


It's been awhile but let's get started with a few things, I don't know but now I feel like if something happened I have to put it in my blog ? I guess that's how bloggers feel ey. So first thing first , I finally lost 4 kgs ! YAYY! That's 1 good news :p I can now wear my old skinny jeans , skirts and fit perfectly in fitted dresses. 


                  I should tell you guys my secret to success ! uhmm what I did was workout at home. I searched on youtube for 10 minute workout and I found the perfect workout. If you want to loose weight or tone your body you should definitely try this workout. Here's the link : 10 minute workout I did this 3 times a week for a month and my arms, tummy and inner thighs got smaller ! :) 


                  Another workout that I also did was Beyonce's Move Your Body. Here's the link : Move Your Body workout It's basically a dancing workout. I did at least 5 times a week in a month. Besides working out and dancing you should also cut down on the portions of your meal. I definitely eat less now especially rice. Ohh me goshh, rice everyday kills me ,so I cut down on rice ...ALOT. So that's how I lost weight !
